If in the unfortunate case you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can feel confident knowing that Marketmakers Accessories offers full returns and refund on your purchase. We require that you return the product to us whit in in (14) days of purchase to qualify for our full replacement or refund of your product.
If you would like to go ahead and return your Order, you can choose to do so using the Marketmakers Accessories online platform.
Marketmakers Accessories will gladly offer An exchange or refund for items you wish to return back to our online platform on the following conditions:
(1) the item is returned within 14 days of purchase;
(2) the item has not been worn or damaged;
(3) the original tags (where applicable) are attached;
(4) you present proof of purchase and follow our returns policy.
Returns are only issued for items purchased on marketmakersacc.com.au For items purchased outside of marketmakersacc.com.au, please contact the original seller.

How long does it take to process a return? Once the returned item arrives in our warehouse, it may take 7-10 business days to process. All returns/replacements are processed as quickly as possible.
