Any misapplication or neglect will not warrant repair and replacement. This includes damage caused by, accidents, and exposure to extreme temperatures, normal wear and tear, solvents, acids, water, or damage by common carrying. The warranty rejects any claims for incidental or consequential damages regarding to the product.

The warranty begins on the day of purchase (NOT the date that the product is registered on the website) the warranty is NOT renewed upon repair or replacement of the product.

All faults in workmanship or materials communicated to us after expiry of the guarantee period are not protected by our warranty.

All terms relate to the purchase of Marketmakers accessories products made using the website. All products purchased from other retailers will require contact to the retailer themselves.

Limitation of Liability.

Marketmakers accessories products do not guarantee protection of devices (phones, laptops, tablets) from drops, accidents, misuse or unsuitable care.

Marketmakers accessories does not take responsibility for any harm or destruction to consumer electronics devices or other personal property that are in or contact to Marketmakers accessories products including: laptops, smartphones, tablets or other devices, or any loss of data contained in the devices.

If in the unfortunate case you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can feel confident knowing that Marketmakers accessories will offer a repair, replacement or refund on your purchase if the product is deemed to be faulty.

We require that you return the product to us within (14) days of purchase to qualify.

We remind all customers not to return any items without the original invoice and the completed Product Return Form.

Any item returned without an original invoice will be considered as an unauthorised return and will be rejected.

Marketmakers accessories is not responsible for unauthorised returns.


How long does it take to process a return? Once the returned item arrives in our warehouse, it may take 7-12 business days to process. All returns/replacements are processed as quickly as possible.

Is the return postage refundable? We are unable to refund any postage costs back to Marketmakers accessories.

How do I know when my return has been received? We advise you obtain a proof of postage or use a tracking service as we can only refund items that we receive and are not responsible for returned items lost in the post.

Can I return a product if I’ve changed my mind? We are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We will process a repair, replacement or refund if the product is deemed to be faulty.
